"This is where he was last seen?" Zaire asked incredulously as he took in the sight before him. They were in one of the farms, and while the prince's scent was all over this place, Zaire couldn't smell any stressors. I
t was weird because there was no indication that this was the palace that had stressed his Erasthai out. Not to mention the fact that there was a group of villagers walking in and out of their farm. It was something else altogether.
"Yes, sire… You might want to brave yourself," the warrior added, and that got Zaire curious.
What the heck was even going on at this point, and why the hell was it all confusing for him?
Perhaps he had lost his way because what in the hell was he doing on a farm that held the stench of death like a prayer item here?
"What happened here?" Zaire asked.
