Chapter 13 - Part (1) Antonio

Andy is a huge jerk. It all started because he was being nosy. Why couldn't he have asked instead of acting. I wish I had punched him or seen what happened after I left. At least it wasn't my right wrist.

"Antonio you've got a visitor," the nurse said, poking her head in.

"Let'em in," I said, already guessing who it was.

"You okay," Cindy said, coming in.

"Only a sprained wrist, and shoulder" I said, "nothing much." I laughed a little, then grunted as I moved it.

"So are you also going to get revenge," she asked, sitting on the chair beside the bed I was sitting on, with that uncomfortable white crinkle paper.

"Maybe, what do you mean also?" Wonder what I missed.

"Phoenix called the doggie pile cause Andy was going to start a fight," Cindy explained.

"And on his first day," I said giggling, "dudes a skilled guy for sure."

"Yeah but at least, Madison is happy," she said.

"Why," I asked.

"Phoenix wanted to know if we could still go on a double date." She smiled, giving me a random wink. "And not with Andy."

"Thank God!" I said happy. I fell backwards. "Going with Andy would be a pain.

Cindy laughed, "true."

"Antonio, more visitors," called the nurse.

"Let'em in," I called back, knowing it was the others.

The door opened and in walked Andy. I wasn't expecting him to be here to visit me first. I sat up and whispered, "never mind."

"Hang on tiger," said Cindy, "I'll protect you."

"If he hurts you though," I groaned at the thought of having to fight him right now. "Dead rat."

"Really me? I'm glad I hurt you now. Madison broke up with me because of you and Phoenix." Andy commented.

"Get out," I said, "and don't come back." Cindy put her hand on my knee to calm me down a bit.

"Cindy let the boys talk alone," Andy said glaring at her. It made me mad to think that he didn't think of girls as equals. Darn him to hell.

"Don't tell her what to do," I said angrily. My blood boiled.

"Antonio calm down," Cindy looked at me, forcing me to try and calm down. A minute later I was ready to speak again.

"Get out," I said again, "and don't ever come back."

"Please not like you could do anything to stop me," Andy smiled.

"Antonio don't," Cindy said, seeing me move. I was going to stand up but thought better of it.

"You're too kind and caring to hurt me," he teased.

"That makes him better than you," said Cindy standing up, "I'm going to get the nurse and principle." She took two steps, and I closed my eyes and took a breath. In that time Andy moved and I heard the slap. Cindy fell backward into the wall behind her, landing on the floor with a huge red mark on her face. I stood up and walked toward him. Being his height, I looked him in the eyes. My fists balled at my side.

"You didn't just hit her. Did you?" I asked emotionlessly on the surface, underneath it was like someone had hurt my little sister.

"Antonio, I didn't mean to." Andy realized his mistake too late; he was begging me not to hit him.

"Liar," I spat at him.
