I removed my scarf when I saw Crisostomo approaching me. He is wearing his usual white long sleeves with black vest and black pants. He removed his black hat when he saw me, and flashed a smile.
"Good evening, my dear," he said smiling, as he held my hand to plant a kiss. He was just staring at me, until he noticed that I was not alone.
"Oh, don't mind me, Ginoong Ibarra," Lorena said while waving his hand. "Captain Tiago ordered me to be with Binibining Emcee, especially since he knew that she would meet you."
"Oh?" Crisostomo's eyebrow furrowed. "Uncle Tiago knew?"
"Yes," I said smiling, "I told him that we will have a closure and that this will be last for the peace of my mind.
"But this will not be our last right?" He arched his brow.
