The sphere of pure darkness gathered between his hands shot out of him in every direction, piercing through the hearts and bodies of hundreds of monsters. Upon dying, these creatures exploded in a large radius around them. That one single attack of his caused a major dent in the invasion. His master was with him; this was all the more reason to put on a good show.
Night slipped between the falling and exploding corpses.
Noel didn't. Every monster he touched in any manner simply disappeared.
