The crowd watched with awe and shock on their faces. They had heard about the man who called himself the Sun God and how he won nearly every challenge he fought against anyone. People who knew who Alex was knew that he was strong, but what they were seeing was beyond their understanding.
Even if it was with whatever unseen aid he had, he was going toe to toe against a Divinity, and not a new one at that either. An Immortal should have lost after an attack or two at best, and Alex had lasted through multiple attacks. And on one of those attacks, it even looked like the Divinity had come out worse.
They could not imagine how it was possible at all.
The Divinity tried to keep his distance while attacking Alex however he could. He seemed to understand that Alex's strength was temporary, so if he could let it run out, he would win.
