To his surprise, upon entering the main palace, from the entry, there were already maids and servants working all over the place in a bid to tidy the place up. And what made his eyes widen was who he saw dishing out orders about what to be thrown out and what to preserve.
"Get that throne chair out of that place," Ruby yelled.
She was not meant to be anywhere around here, she was meant to be in her chambers, resting. She needed it. But those were all according to Seth. He stood there watching Ruby even though he was not in the same room with her yet. She was inside the main throne room and he could see that she wanted all traces of her uncle gone.
"Princess..." Sir Taff chimed in. "If I may..."
Ruby nodded without looking back at him. Her hands were propped firmly on her slender waist as she closely watched what the maids and some soldiers were doing. She didn't want them to destroy some things that were priceless to her -- some things that were put there by her father.
