This is an act of penance born from a long-standing sense of indebtedness to his mother.
For his own brothers, regardless of what happened before, the first thing he thought of on his deathbed was reconciliation. Reconcile with his brothers, excuse his past, bid farewell to his future. And meet his enemies. The scene of red-eyed confrontation did not occur; he even stopped all the people trying to help. The intense scenes were replaced by calmness. Everything has passed, and mentioning these grievances again holds no meaning for a dying man.
