Hello, everyone. Siegburn here, the author of World Ixion/SAGA.
I'm very happy to be here and to have launched Volume 2 of this story.
Just as I said in the previous volume, or if you don't remember, this volume would deal mostly with conflicting feelings and emotions.
There were sad, angry, pitiful, joyful, and other very strange moments.
I know what you're all thinking, and I'll say it.
Rudel didn't show all the villainous deeds he was supposed to in his villain arc, but don't worry. The arc ended, but the title remains. Growing alongside him.
Now, about Alisa. I said I wanted to cover her story in two volumes, but I crammed all her game lore into one chapter. Don't worry, you only saw her academy life up to that point. What came after leaving... well, you won't want to see or know about that until I decide it's the right time to talk about it.
Regarding Liam and Airi, this volume was a true surprise.
Did Liam finally stop talking nonsense? I don't know; the upcoming chapters will tell if he grew up or became more of an idiot.
As for Airi, she was a box of huge surprises, starting with the secret envy she had of Alisa. I never expected that! But what surprised me more was that she was in love with Rudel—I never saw that coming! And her calling Rudel an idiot.
That girl is definitely not a fool as Erselica seems to describe her. Ah, speaking of the devil. This volume certainly made it clear that she will make a move, and it will be a big one based on her knowledge of the game.
I'm terrified about the danger she will bring to poor Rudel. He just wants to be happy and be supported by his AI.
And, that's another problem!
I never expected Ixion to be a character who wouldn't stay neutral. Rather, it seems he's entering antagonist territory. His past seemed very interesting; we'll have to keep reviewing his recordings to understand why he hates humanity so much despite saying something about wanting to protect his country and humans, why he broke that contract with Rudel, and what will he do now regarding the evidence that something strange is lurking around Rudel?
Undoubtedly, this simple story of someone living his second life in a fantasy world—which, unfortunately for him, is one with an RPG theme where a poor boy is a generic villain—is getting complicated.
Rudel's life will be full of annoyances, and his quiet life seems to be slipping away.
Now let's move on to the most important part—the new characters! We'll start in order, but only the most important ones. Unfortunately, characters like the girl who bothered Airi and that weird pirate aren't worth it in this section. Let's get to work.
**Mayer**
This nice and strange old man is currently the most important person for Rudel. He saved Rudel's butt, and now Rudel is his errand boy. He might seem manipulative, but you'll have to see the upcoming volumes to understand if he's really using him or if there's something more?
His face is very similar to this individual. Many of you should know him; I'm sure of it.
**Dixit**
This Snorlax-belly is the person with the highest position in the kingdom's Holy Church. I'm sure you're wondering why we talk about a sanctuary and the church. In the next volume, we'll delve deeper into them and that mysterious woman called "the Priestess." Who is she? Why is she so important to the kingdom? And, what does Airi have to do with her?

**Askewell**
What can we say about this individual? Well, everything. He's the kind of noble who looks at commoners as ants; he finds them so disgusting he doesn't even want to step on them. Instead, he would enjoy torturing nobles of lower rank since they are inferior in status. Human garbage, no doubt. And let's not forget his bad taste in hairstyle and mustache. This is what his appearance would be like; I'm sure you'll also recognize him.
**Bacchus**
A very mysterious man indeed. Who is he? Why does he follow Bandell? And, why is he an old man? It's normal for men of 40 or older to be on the battlefield, but this guy is too old for that!
His most similar appearance, but not very much alike.
**Madarao**
His teacher should come before, but just like another new female character, she will have more importance in Volume 3. The real question is, a ninja! Seriously? How absurd is this fantasy world!? And let me tell you, I have no idea either. This individual is a totally unexpected character for Rudel. There are ninjas in this world; that shouldn't surprise you. There's also not much to talk about him since he's quiet, and I don't think Rudel is very interested in knowing that. But don't worry, in Volume 3, we'll talk about his country, one way or another, fufufu.
**Bandell**
This individual is a rarity. So far, he is the only one who will have two parts in his introduction. I can't tell you anything that hasn't already been said about him. But I will tell you this: this person should not have appeared in this volume, much less in the first year. There's definitely something strange here.
Now we're done with the characters. Let's move on to what Volume 3 will be about...

Each thing is worse than the last. It seems we're about to finish this with a few more...

Why are there only pages and pages of bad things in this document... uh... this is terrible...
It seems... in the next chapter. Rudel will die.
All of Volume 3 will be full of death and despair!!
