Natsumi-san said something as we entered an area with some shade, and Akira appeared before us. Not needing any word command on what to do next, she closes her eyes as we find ourselves back at the house. Everyone looked at me as I could see Natsumi-san saying something again, but I couldn't clearly hear it.
"Give me a second," I said, slowly taking my and Ai's hands off my ears, checking if things were going to be loud again, but luckily, that wasn't the case. The only thing I could hear clearly now was my heart beating at a scary rate. "I'm sorry, but can I get some blood first? Please."
Akira walked out of the room and emerged with a blood bag, handing it to me. I held it against my mouth and started drinking as the sweet liquid touched my tongue, making me calm down a lot more. Even though the liquid was cold, a sense of warmth overcame me, and I leaned against the back of the couch, drinking slowly.
