The first time he was asked that question, there were simply too many things going on in Leo's mind for him to understand what it meant, let alone analyze the logic behind it.
However…

When the question was thrown at him a second time, it was like a wake-up call that something major had changed, especially when it was accompanied by the formation of Aurora's hundred-layered defense.
'She is handling that way too well.'
It shouldn't have been the first detail he pondered, but he couldn't stop himself from noticing the major change in Aurora's Ability usage.
Compared to her usual self, who used her large reserves of Enigma wantonly, the way she formed this line of defense was the epitome of efficiency.
Furthermore, it wasn't just that her skill level had abruptly increased all of a sudden; even her Enigma pool seemed to have been greatly enlarged.
