"Did you come to find me for something?" Di Mingchen asked, even though he already knew the reason, he still wanted to ask.
"Yes." Nangong Ran nodded, turned around, and took the box out of the car, stuffing it into his hands. "Here, your things back to you."
Di Mingchen didn't reach out to take it.
"Stop it, there's no logic in taking back something once it's given." He turned his eyes away indifferently, refusing to look at the box.
Nangong Ran's eyes tightened. Yeah, once something is given, how can it be taken back? Is there any room for taking back a moved heart?
"Don't you want it?" Nangong Ran raised an eyebrow.
"You keep it." Di Mingchen didn't say much.
"You don't want it, then just throw it away." Nangong Ran's temper flared up, so she simply dropped the box on the ground.
The box hit the ground with a thud, kicking up some dust. Who knows whose eyes the dust blurred.
Di Mingchen's face darkened instantly as he lowered his eyes to look at the box at his feet.
