The sunlight spilled over the fields. Ji Zhiye, watching Lin Huixia pose under the tree waiting for him to take photos, saw in a daze the delicate, fair face of Shen Hanyin.
In comparison to Lin Huixia, Shen Hanyin was almost as bland as water.
Yet somehow, after being away for so long, Ji Zhiye found himself thinking that water wasn't so bad.
"Are you done? Let me see, I'm exhausted."
Lin Huixia's wine-red skirt fluttered gently in the breeze like a blooming red rose, piercing Ji Zhiye's plain eyes.
"I'm done."
Lin Huixia came to Ji Zhiye's side with a smile, joyfully choosing photos of herself from the camera: "These look great. Zhiye, your photography skills are amazing. Someday, I'll talk to my dad about hiring you as a special photographer for the company."
