A few days after the press conference, Flint and I started working on making elixirs. We spent mostly our time inside Aiya's book, some other times I spent my time reading Visyries book, discovering new fascinating spells and other things or helping in the HA.
No attacks have happened since the portal attack that happened in China and the US. I instruct the Suda siblings to make me a satellite that will monitor and warn us in advance if any portals and attacks made by the darkness fragment will appear. After a month, they finally called me today because they have finally finished the satellite. I use the teleportation door to the island to see and do the finalization in the satellite.
I saw Daya, Ceres, Evienne, and Zael on the island in their true forms. I waved at them, Ceres gallop towards me.
"Is Kaya with you?"-Demetri.
"She told me earlier that since nothing big is happening, she is going to explore this world"-Ceres.
"Ahh, does she have money? That girl likes to buy stuff especially food"-Demetri.
"She developed this thing called replication, now she just need all the types of money in the world and she can replicate it multiple times"-Ceres.
"Ahh, then she is doing well"-Demetri.
I said goodbye to Ceres before I went to the back of the house where the Suda siblings are. The satellite is small, as big as a basketball and they created a total of five to continue rotating and scanning the earth.
I casted a magic circle beneath all five of the satellites after I wrote the runes. The runes will protect the satellites from getting destroyed, while the casting is for giving it its purpose, and life.
After the casting, the satellites have come to life and soared past the skies until we cannot see it. We went back to the house to see the satellite in the monitors and they were now roaming around the world. The Suda siblings also install an app on my phone so that I can monitor the satellite and receive alerts.
My phone started to ring and when I reached for it, it was Diana.
"Diana? What's wrong?"-Demetri.
"Demetri! Something is happening, where are you?"-Diana.
I sense panic from her voice, that I immediately teleported myself back to our house that I didn't get to say good bye to the siblings.
"Diana? What? What is it?"-Demetri.
I panickily ask Diana who is facing the other way around that I cannot see her face. I use my sense to see if there are danger around but there isn't, I use appraisal to Diana to see if there is something wrong with her or if she is affected by the eternal slumber again, but not, what I see in her is that she has awakened.
"What is happening to me? I suddenly glowed, then I feel lighter, stronger I think, then I see this screen in front of me"-Diana.
"Diana, don't panic, you have just awakened, and looking at it, you have awakened as a healer"-Demetri.
"Oh! is that what is happening, I'm sorry I just panicked, I'm sorry if I disturbed you"-Diana.
"No, its okay, how are you feeling now?"-Demetri.
"I'm okay now I guess, I feel normal, like nothing happened earlier, so what happens now"-Diana.
"Well, you have to go to the Hunters Association to register that you have awakened, but it is up to you if you will become a hunter or not"-Demetri.
"Okay, will you come with me?"-Diana.
"Of course"-Demetri.
"Let's do that tomorrow, I want to go back to sleep, it's been hard to sleep a lot lately"-Diana.
"Okay, but Diana before you go, I want to ask you something"-Demetri.
"What is it?"-Diana.
"When you are still asleep, affected by the eternal slumber, did you see something or feel something or are you just fully asleep?"-Demetri.
"I know, there will be a time that you will ask me that and I thought I will be ready to answer that question, but till now I'm scared"-Diana.
"I's okay if you don't want answer, I understand"-Demetri.
"No, I have to answer it eventually"-Diana.
Diana sat down on the sofa and I sit down next to her.
"When I was in the coma, I was awake, I am aware of everything, I even know about your visits because I can hear you, it's just that, I cannot move my body, and I feel trap, like I was chained and something is holding me, I also saw smoke, dark smoke surrounding me , it's suffocating me, and this tiny bits of bright red light floating from my body like something is being taken, and that make me feel weaker and weaker, it's very scary, its a nightmare, that's why I am having a hard time sleeping lately, I can still see the shadow, and I still feel trap"-Diana.
I didn't say anything, I just hug my sister because I know, that is what she needed. While hugging her, I remember the spell that Aiya did to me when I was also having a hard time sleeping because of something like what happen to Diana, when I was attacked by a nightmare wraith, since she was awakened as a healer, perhaps she can cast it to herself.
"I know a spell that can help you, and since you awakened as a healer perhaps you can cast it to yourself, it helps a lot"-Demetri.
We go to her room and I explain to her first what the spell is for. The spell will elimintae all nightmares and clear her mind, giving her peace. I teach her how to write the runic symbols and cast a magic circle underneath her bed. She got it all just by teaching her once and she lay down her bed. She began chanting the spell and after, she closed her eyes. She immediately open her eyes and relief can be seen all over her fa e.
"Its gone, the nightmare is gone, I dont feel scared anymore, it worked, is this permanent?"-Diana.
She said while tears streaming down her cheeks.
"Yes, now, you better get some sleep, your eyebags is starting to get bags too for lack of sleep"-Demetri .
She just nods her head, and lay down to her bed again to sleep. I closed the door behind me, and did the same thing Diana do because I also too realize I haven't gotten any sleep lately.
