Violet's P.O.V
Michael and I are called by our grandmothers in the throne hall. It was our time to say farewell to the two rulers. Walking up to the door, we are stopped by the two guards. They halted our entrance and tilted their heads up. "Arriving! The royal prince and princess of the empire!", the two shouted out loud before they let us enter the filled-up hall. The inside was filled to the brim with noblemen and women who are waiting for our departure. They would not be able to leave the party if the emperor's children are still within the venue and have not bid farewell to the hosts.
I could hear gasps and murmurs as Michael and I enter. We were both wearing matching clothes as usual. This time our clothes are a mixture of the colors teal green and gray. On my head was another tiara decorated with red rubies. I had just learned upon picking from every tiara our aunts had made for me, that all are decorated with precious stones that have the shade of red.
