Advancing to godling in two pathways is not only about having the required number of souls to sustain the two pathways. There is also the requirement of having an innate talent that is compatible with not just one pathway, but two pathways.
At the level of a legend, godclads stop being able to use divine artifacts and the divine abilities of other pathways when they enter their liberated state. But they can still use the divine abilities of a second pathway once they leave their liberated state.
However, there is no option to use the divine abilities of another pathway once one becomes a godling. The repulsion of the divine body is so strong that a godling will become unable to use the divine abilities and divine flesh of any other pathway in the body. And this effect is permanent because the divine body is permanent.
