10. An Ode to Yunge (Part Nine)
Having just returned from the Southern Border to the Central Plains, Yunge was in high spirits. From her childhood until now, she had never traveled around so joyously. This journey to the Southern Border exposed her to many unique medicinal herbs and, guided by Xu Qingchen, led her to meet several famous physicians. The distinct medical skills and philosophies, so different from those in the Central Plains, had given Yunge many new insights into her medical studies.
After entering the Broken Snow Pass to return to the Central Plains, the pair leisurely journeyed west towards Xiling. Although there was significant animosity between Xiling and Prince Ding's Mansion, both sides were now in a state of truce, recuperating from earlier conflicts. The people of Xiling, therefore, did not dare to carelessly make a move on Young Master Qingchen.
