14. Twin Pearls (Part 1)
"Kill him! Kill him..." On a rarely visited street, a group of elegantly dressed children were brutally beating and kicking a frail, brocade-robed boy. These children, caught between childhood and adolescence, had only a vague grasp of adults' cunning and disputes, yet they solved their issues in a direct and brutal manner.
The assaulted child also wore brocade robes but was so skinny and small, like a lonely little pup. His small face already hinted at a remarkably handsome future. Perhaps it was his superior looks that attracted more bullying from his peers.
