After a sufficient rest in the morning, both Shard and Dorothy still had things to do in the afternoon. After bidding farewell to Dorothy at the intersection, Shard carried the sleepy cat to the Prophet's Society and informed Luviya about Iluna's sudden visit and unusual behavior at noon:
"It's very unusual. Iluna is usually cheerful and positive, and I've rarely seen her so troubled."
The girl with purple eyes patiently listened to Shard's account and frowned in thought:
"Are you sure you didn't say something wrong at noon?"
Shard immediately denied it:
