Chou Qi placed the ginger tea on the bedside table, preparing to go downstairs.
Yin Mingzhu, however, hung up the phone and called to Chou Qi: "Take the bowl downstairs after I'm done."
After speaking, she sat up a little more properly, and Chou Qi adjusted the small dining table for her.
It was then that he noticed she had changed into a silk slip nightgown, with a robe draped over her.
Not revealing, yet particularly seductive.
Chou Qi's gaze paused for a few seconds before promptly averting it.
Yin Mingzhu slowly drank the ginger tea while Chou Qi sat on the small sofa by the window waiting. After drinking half a bowl, she asked, "You've never helped Madame before, have you? The flavor is very well-balanced."
Chou Qi did not deny it.
Yin Mingzhu continued, "I acted impulsively last night, you don't need to tell Mu Jiuye to replace you. I think you're great! What happened last night won't happen again, rest assured."
Chou Qi nodded, indicating he understood.
