The two members of the God Clan accompanying Ryan exchanged a glance and could not help but smile wryly.
They had been assigned by the Elders Council to bring a suspicious necromancy scholar back to the God Realm for questioning.
But as it stood, the mission did not seem so easy to complete.
At least Ryan appeared completely uninterested.
Ryan asked, "Hey, what did you two call me over for?"
"Ahem, Ryan, the Elders Council assigned us a mission. We need to locate a necromancy martial artist who might be connected to recent anomalies in the Netherworld. The elders ordered that he must be captured. We learned he just entered the cultivation area."
"Understood."
