There was no time for the princesses to properly regroup this time though, Aster directly charged the moment he saw them retreating, his sword guarding everything in front of him.
Though they already expected this to happen, those two still slashed their swords trying to gain time to recover their stance, but with their hands which hadn't recovered from the previous clash being unable to draw out as much speed as before, their slashes hit nothing but the air.
That being said, the two princesses did the smartest thing in this situation and split, jumping in opposite directions, if they had to "pay" for getting one over Aster, then the best outcome was for only one of them to take the fall.
