Bao Lin woke up and looked around her new room. Since the day she arrived, she has been sleeping and thanks to her tired mind, which has been trying to convince her that it was not a dream.
' It's not that bad, bad not perfect either, but I will change that but let me start with that rude tone which disturbed my already disturbed life.' She thought while reviling her murderous smirk.
" Will you come out, you have not been going to school for damn two days, do you want to get married instead I... " Before she could even finish her words the door was kicked and Bao Lin came out.
She looked at the lady who was wearing maid clothes, In her memory which belongs to the former Bao Lian this lady is called Qao Fei and she has been treating her badly and that is because her mother was a whore who gave birth to her and abandoned her to her Dad. " Abandoned" that very word she hates from her core.
Her memory tells her Bao Lian fell sick after being locked out and soaked in rain. She was so sick but no one cared until she died without no one noticing. With those thoughts Bao Lin flashed that lady a smile full of hatred and for the moment Qao Fei shivered but then recovered she must have seen wrong.
The Bao Lian she knows is naive and and a fool." Okay, when you done checking me out, get ready for school your father is going to stay at home today at least don't show yourself to him" With that she walked away leaving Bao Lian standing.
' So this family is also complicated, I am in for a little drama ' She smirked and went back to her room. Once inside she closed her room and entered the bathroom to freshen up, it's been a long time since she bathed so she decided to use cold water.
After taking more than 30 minutes in shower, she came out feeling like a new different person. She went on to check for clothes to wear but got disappointed in the end.
The wardrobe was full of short shinning dresses, did she think that she was some sort of princess? No wonder people didn't want to associate with her, first she heard a very bad temper plus the attitude was what made her become an easy target to manipulate.
Thank God she is going to Fix her name, yes she gave her, her body and in return she's going to fix her ruined image and name.
She checked well and found huge pants and a black hoodie sweater and decided to wear that. After looking at her self in the mirror, she suddenly had an idea of cutting her hair and looking more like boys.
She went outside and started breathing in the freshness of air. She didn't like this new family of hers but she had to admit that their house was located in a very good environment which was surrounded by green and trees.
" Why, are you not at school? " The voice startled her, she turned around only to meet with a cold man. She quickly closed her eyes and searched this person in her memory.
'Bao Shaoting?' She thought and then flashed him a smile, This very man is supposed to be her father who has not once looked at her with gentle instead he always looked at her with eyes full of hatred.
" I didn't, I am trying to adjust to this new environment and spending my day with you Dad" she then walked closer to him.
Bao Shaoting looked at his daughter trying to understand her new tone and words, was he mistaken. The Bao Lian he knows has never called him Dad and the new environment?.
Bao Lin also checked his changing expression from coldness to confusion and for some reason she liked it, but she also wanted to know what he was thinking.
Only thinking of wanting to know but the next very minute shocked her to death when she suddenly heard what he was thinking, what is going on? Is she turning crazy or some sort of freak. But again she calmed down she is already a freak the day she reincarnated into this body.
' What is wrong with this girl, she has called me Dad? I didn't know that I will be this happy the day i will hear her calling me he Dad' She heard him thinking. What is this? she thought he always hated his daughter.
" What do you mean, by new environment?" He asked, with a little irritation voice.
" I mean I never belonged here, so every thing seems new to me," she said.
He closed his eyes trying to stop him self from scolding her, for once he wanted to talk peacefully with his daughter. " So, you're finally admitting that I am your Dad? " Said Bao Shaoting with a mixed voice.
Bao Lin also felt happy but quickly hide it and said
" Why? You're so happy that you forgot why you came outside. I thought you were going to scold me again" She walked past him but her hand was grabbed.
" Bao Bao, why don't we let the past in the past and we move on with our lives? You know how much I love you, don't you? " He asked once again, amused Bao Lin. She wanted to enter his mind again but decided to let it pass.
" Okay, I will let it pass but I have a request " She looked at him with pleading eyes.
" Tell Dad, I will do it" He smiled and wanted to give her hug but she distanced her self from him.
" Okay, you promised, I want to move out and start my life plus don't interfere in my decisions," she asked.
Bao Shaoting panicked what was wrong with this girl?
" No Bao Bao, you can't do that, you're still young and you have to go to school. Think about it i know you want to be away from me and this family but think about your future."
"Leave my future to me, the only thing I want you to help with is to not interfere. And again I am very thankful that you still care for me and about school, I will go but with a little change of my name, I mean I want to start my life like you said. If you want you can always call me meet with me. " She finished, but noticed that new father crying, who would have thought that he loved her daughter this much.
Unfortunately Bao Lian died not knowing how her father loved her because of her step mom who always manipulated her mind by telling her that her Dad hates her and doesn't want her. She grew up doing very many stupid things which led her father to constantly scolding her and she thought that he does not love her at all.
Thinking about it made her a little envy Bao Lian was lucky but just failed to realise how lucky she was to have a father who loved her and waited for her to change one day. But this is not what she's looking for, she wants to be independent , in her previous life she was always following order thinking about others and not for once she thought about her self.
If God has given her a new life, she wants to cherish it , do everything she wants and not to do what she doesn't feel like doing just because she wants to please others. Thinking about that she had to change her name and she felt sorry just a while back she talked about fixing Bao Lian's name but not now she has to first make her plans, observe her enemies but she promise to make good use of her body and will respect it.
