The crowd erupted in laughter.
Mrs. Geoffrey suddenly said, "Christine, you have been on the plane for such a long time; do you want to go back to your room and rest for a while?"
Christine Quinn turned her head toward Skyler Jones, who was gently embracing her, and said warmly, "I'm not very tired. Are you? Why don't you go back to the room for a rest?"
Skyler Jones shook his head, "I have some things to deal with at the company."
"But you haven't rested..." Though it sounded like a complaint, it was full of concern for him.
"I'm fine. I'll be back soon." Skyler Jones kissed Christine Quinn on the cheek.
Christine Quinn nodded lightly, "Go and change your clothes!"
"Okay."
Christine Quinn kept watching Skyler Jones' figure until someone waved a hand in front of her eyes, "Still watching? Can't bear to be apart for even a minute?"
Rebecca Quentin's teasing voice made Christine Quinn snap back to reality. She flushed with embarrassment, "You're annoying."
