Because she drank a lot of seawater last night, Alice Robinson couldn't eat breakfast at all.
Chester Robinson came down from the second floor and saw Alice looking very pale. She was sitting on the sofa, face white, leaning against the back as if she had no strength.
Chester gave some instructions to the servant holding the luggage, then walked over to Alice, crouched down, and reached his hand to her forehead.
Alice looked at Chester weakly.
Chester furrowed his brows tightly, stood up and sat beside her, holding her shoulder, "I noticed you showing signs of a fever last night. I'm afraid it's now thirty-nine degrees... Where do you feel uncomfortable?"
Alice spoke with difficulty, "I'm a bit cold."
Chester took off his coat and covered Alice, holding her tightly, "We'll leave the island now. You won't feel uncomfortable once we get to the hospital." Saying this, he kissed her forehead.
