The Monday morning immediately following Bloom Week brought a colorful mix of vibes to the city. Some people had clearly enjoyed the week-long holiday a little too hard, dragging their feet and relying on extra-large coffees to jumpstart their brains. Others had spent the Sakurean Holiday resting quietly, looking refreshed and peaceful. Fortunately, some people genuinely loved what they did. For example, at Tokyo Studios, instead of the usual Monday morning blues, the hallways were buzzing with high energy, bright smiles, and creators who practically leaped back to their desks, eager to dive into their beloved animation projects.
For Theo, this first Monday of the month was all about playing the supportive big boss. He had a packed schedule to visit his various companies, checking in on his teams, catching up on their progress, and making sure everyone felt motivated for the weeks ahead.
