Although the attack was extremely powerful and Rio was standing at the center of it all, he wasn't affected much by it.
His entire body was covered in sword intent, and he was protecting himself with a miasmic shield on top of it.
He didn't waste a single second, and after blowing apart most of the army and causing insane chaos in the area, Rio flew forward like a missile and put his flute to use.

Rio started playing the flute and used the soundwaves produced from it to do a massive area-wide attack as he powered those sound waves with uncontrollable and dangerous sword intent energy.
Any remaining monsters that were in his path instantly had their minds and souls shattered from the sheer pressure created by Rio's song of death!

Rio created a sonic boom in the air as he flew forward and crossed the entire destroyed battlefield while reaping the lives of every monster that dared to block his way forward.
