Little Mianmian had a sweet, comfortable sleep and even had a beautiful dream.
She dreamt that she had reached the capital, with a chicken in her left hand, a duck in her right, a piece of pastry in her mouth, and even a fish strapped to her back—all cooked and fragrant, tickling her nose.
The aroma made her feel hungry.
Then she woke up.
Who knew that as soon as she opened her eyes, she'd be staring into a handsome young face.
Little Mianmian blinked and blinked again. Hmm, the young boy was really good-looking. She wanted to sneak him home, look at him every day, which would surely make her happy all day long.
With a curious gaze, her big round eyes roamed freely, while Doudou, seeing her awake, got startled. As she kept looking at him, his face turned red.
Just as Mianmian reached out her hand to pinch his face, Doudou jumped up, got off the couch, and quickly ran toward the door, "Mother, she's awake."
He dashed away swiftly, leaving Mianmian momentarily stunned.
