Even as an Outer Courtyard Disciple, one must be at the Mountain Suppression Realm and also a Two Vortexes Divine Artisan; such people are considered rare talents in the Primordial Yang Domain.
The standards for Inner Courtyard Disciples are even higher.
They must be Three-Spin Vortex Divine Artisans. However, if you reach Earth Unrestricted, even if you are a One Vortex or Two Vortexes Divine Artisan, you can still become an Inner Courtyard Disciple.
And then there are the Core Disciples.
Zeming Palace, ranked in Vortex Skill only below Thousand Crafts Sect in the You Country, undoubtedly has even stronger Core Disciples.
The minimum requirement is to be a Four Vortexes Divine Artisan!
It must be noted that there are fewer than a hundred recorded Five-Spin Vortex Divine Artisans in the whole You Country.
