Leo Sterling knew very well if he wanted to get information, he had to do it when she was extremely terrified; that's when the information would be most genuine.
Susan Irving felt extremely angry. She had worked so hard for Ms. Hally, and just made a few mistakes, yet she was treated like this.
"Ms. Hally, how exactly does he think he can order you around? On what grounds does he treat me like this? I've done so much for him, how dare he treat me like this?"
Susan Irving felt deeply resentful. She admitted he was indeed ruthless to others, but to Ms. Hally, she hadn't done anything too out of line, just some minor things.
But this person seemed completely unreasonable, even finding someone to take her pictures.
