You will learn how to snap yourself back into God trusting mindset instead of dwelling on the whats ifs. Scripture assures us that God's peace surpasses understanding:

"And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." – Philippians 4:7

Steps for resilience:

Daily prayer and Scripture reading. Reflect on God's provision in past challenges. Keep a gratitude and prayer journal. Surround yourself with supportive people. Accept that some things are beyond control.
