What fun!
This orbal camera took our photo in front of the house, with everyone huddled around me. I inwardly smiled at the several Gamer Notifications that came rolling through. I didn't think I'd obtain my second Blessing this soon, and it is with Prince Olivert. I would not mind treating the guy as my bro after my plans come to fruition. I will be away for quite some time, but what comes after that? As the saying goes, only the Goddess Aidios herself knows, haha!
Still, Tears of the Vermillion Accessory, eh? I'll have to review those details later. I do not mind putting it on while reviewing the rest of my Stats. Not only have I completed the Daily Quest I, I received other goodies during this time. I didn't remain idle during these couple years of time. Far from it!
But before I could sit down and relax, despite technically doing so already by hanging out with my new friends I have gotten to get close with, we all headed inside the Osborne Villa. Man, I'm going to miss this place. Like yes, I know what is to come since I know the story. But I can't be so down about it, you know? Got to live in the moment, and enjoy life to its fullest during events like these. Sulking about what-ifs just ruin the mood, and I do not want to be like that. Lots and lots of laughs were shared.
Kasia whipped us up a huge meal, as there were several people now. We all had to gather around the main dining table, while some took to the living room. If there was one difference to point out in enjoying a meal spent with family and friends like this, it is the level of technology. The Orbal Revolution only happened a few decades ago. It isn't as advanced as you see it in the games. That meant there was a lack of TVs and such that we could turn on to listen to news, sports, etc. Instead, we had orbal radios around the house. Those still had channels you could turn into when major news was announced by the Imperial Government.
Less distractions meant we could spend more time chatting away with each other. Because of that, lunchtime ended as quickly as it began, making a couple hours pass by.
Father was the first to depart. He took Phillip along with him, and also provided escort to Her Majesty and her three children. Prince Olivert also had his own personal car, another change. In due time, both Princess Alfin and Prince Cedric will also own theirs. You get to see them during Cold Steel's story!
After that, Roselia took Emma with her and warped out of Trista, heading right into Eryn village. Roselia is the only one in the know of what I was going to do after this, and she wasn't against it. In fact, she had her own preparations to do. She was in her small form again to keep her Mana levels high. To my surprise, she was on board with saving Kasia. She was going to save onto a lot of Mana to prepare the soul transfer once the incantation is ready to be cast. We just need to let the stage play out first.
Once Emma and Roselia departed, Elie and Mayor MacDowell were the next to leave. It was a sad time indeed, but we promised this wouldn't be the last visit, even if the next one might take a while for it to happen.
Elie left both sad, and hopeful. To me, it was a rather sad goodbye to see Elie go like this. I know we'll encounter each other later on in life. Mark my words, this won't be the last time we see each other. I just have to take care of some events first!
Likewise, it wasn't just me who was sad. Rean had gotten along with everyone here. Almost as much as I did. So he too was sad to see everyone leave. But it's not like he had all the time in the world now. Father was really strict with my studies, which only intensified with each passing year. Rean also started doing basic conditioning, and so on.
Nonetheless, it was still a few good hours that we spent having fun today. It was now the afternoon on a Sunday in February of S1202, closer toward the beginning of the month. It would only be a couple more months until the Hundred Days War strikes. In April.
Now that it was the afternoon, I could now be seen in my room. I smiled, as I thought to myself for a moment. Like I said earlier, I had received some goodies during these couple of years. I had completed Daily Quest I, which prompted Daily Quest II to appear for Year 2. And after that, Daily Quest III!
I had to run ten kilometers for the first year. Take a wild guess as to what Daily Quest II required. You guessed it. Fifteen kilometers. After that, Daily Quest III required me to run twenty whole kilometers. Every single day!
By that time, I had long since gotten used to running. The reward was rather basic, to say the least. Daily Quest I rewarded me with 365 Available Stat Points. Daily Quest II rewarded me twice as much. Guess what the last one did? Twice as much as that! 365. I now had a whopping 2,555 Available Stat Points to allocate. I kept onto it all, not spending a single one. Sadly, the Daily Quest ended at Daily Quest III. It did not prompt a fourth one. It likely determined that I was already fine on my own, even though I'm only six years old still. I also quickly learned that I couldn't put these Points into DEX or SPD. Otherwise, I'd become a speed demon, haha!
I could only put them into my four main stats. STR, DEF, ATS, ADF. Now the question is, how should I allocate these points? I want to be ready for when I go off-grid in the coming couple of months. Should I lean more toward a magic build and put them into ATS, or a physical build, since the opponents I will be facing will likely be Jaegers who specialize in close quarters combat? Or if I can't decide on either one, should I just place them into all four for a well-rounded build? Choices, choices, choices...
But, I smiled again. Before I make this decision, why don't I go over my latest Stat Preview? I dare say, it looks quite good. I never remained idle. Once you get the Gamer System, the grind never stops~
For now, I took a peek at my Stat Preview, and was left pleasantly surprised as always.

'Excellent. I've already improved leaps and bounds, even though I'm only Level 23. It's like I'm twice as much as that, and it will be even more so once I use these Available Stat Points!', I thought to myself, satisfied with my overall progress.
Here is how it went. My Rapier granted me new Crafts, and I managed to upgrade one with Teacher's training. I've developed several spells with Roselia's assistance, you can see those under Spells. I've trained the couple of Skills I had with Teacher as well, and that is under Boosts. That's all my Rapier really does now. Its other effects have been removed, because it lost its levels. I'm sure once I reach those milestones again, I'll be given similar effects. Same for my Phoenix Robe. It only has my two Support Crafts now. I say that, but both pieces have their own stat growths, on top of my own 'Character'. It's like I'm three people in one. That's how overpowered Growth Items are here. The more you get, the more inflated your Stats become. That's why I have over ten thousand HP. I don't even have a Title or Job equipped yet!
And that isn't all...
Thanks to the event just now, I was rewarded with Olivert's Blessing. It gave me Tears of the Vermillion, as well as more stat boosts. Time to see what these two did!
[Olivert's Blessing]
Effect 1: +20% ATS +20 SPD +2000 EP.
Effect 2: Tears of the Vermillion Accessory has been granted to Gamer Naoto.
[Tears of the Vermillion]
Type: Accessory
Effect 1: +300 DEF +300 ATS +1000 EP
Effect 2: +100% to Crafts Damage.
Very reminiscent of Prince Olivert's unique Equipment that you could get in Reverie. That game in itself offered many, many sorts of Equipment to each playable character. Each one had their own perks. Prince Olivert's was fast Crafts, but since there is no AT Delay gauge here in real life, it swapped that out for extra Craft Damage. So even if I have C or B ranked crafts, they're more like A or S rank if I have that on. So hell yes I'm equipping it!
And now, I had my first Stat over 1000 that wasn't HP or EP. Score!
I really don't know what is going to be sent my way, I'm thinking I should invest my points into all four stats, so let's go ahead and do that. I willed the Gamer System, prompting me another message.
[Ding! Gamer Naoto has allocated all remaining Available Stat Points. Gamer Naoto's Status has been updated.]
'Let's check my preview again, but without the extra items since I don't need to look at those a second time.', I thought.

'Now this is more like it. All Stats are over 1000 now. I'll be much more ready for what is to come my way. With this Accessory, and the Buffs to my Skills. There's also my Title and Job that I currently don't have equipped either. Friend of the Vermillion Knight and A Witch's Friend+ should prove to be both helpful, depending on what I get into. They'll be the deciding factors if I want to stay close-ranged, or attack from afar with Spells. I can't believe it's like this already without the use of a Combat Orbment...', I continued to think.
I just shuddered at the thought of using a Combat Orbment. That, especially later on, has game-breaking mechanics you could build every single character with to do whatever the hell you wanted in battle. You wanted someone to Tank with 99,999 HP? You could. You want a maxed out spellcaster? You could. Want a speed demon and counter everything? Even that was possible!
So yeah, I can't wait to start using a Combat Orbment.
And that's not all...
What, you thought I was done here, wasn't I? Well, far from it!
I smiled, and concluded my Status review. I saved the best part for last.
"I think it's time for you to come out to have a little bit of fun, Tama. You'll likely see a noticeable increase in my growth since last time, haha!", I uttered to myself.
That's right. During these couple of years, Roselia created a Familiar for me. One that I can call my own!
