The warm water splashed and wet the hard, stone floor of the attached washroom of Isleen's room. The warm water soothed her aching muscles and cleared her muzzy mind somewhat. She had returned with Rhysand at the crack of dawn, greatly startling and almost bringing back the soul of her appointed maid, Lana, who had discovered her bed to be cold and no signs of her before she went to bed. Lana, too hadn't slept all night, she refused to sleep a wink even but after Isleen convinced her to take a bit of rest at least, Lana agreed to station herself on the carpeted floor of Isleen's room.
Isleen touched her lips. They still tingled and maybe remained somewhat red after the onslaught of the 'so-called' calf. She shouldn't thought of him as a calf! He's wolf in a sheep's clothing rather! Her mind drifted some more...to the unexplored areas which she haven't fantasized about anyone and soon she felt her entire face burning as she immersed her entire body into the bath tub.
