Inside his tent moments before taking the town
Today marks the one-year anniversary of the war, I don't expect it to be called a war by the end of it. More like an expedition to the new world alongside the conquering of the human race. I feel sick to my stomach, I will be named the lord who took over the world. The feeling of your heartbreaking in two as your dreams are crushed is the best way to describe this feeling.
Demon scout entering his tent: "Sir, we observed the town, a library was spotted to your asking. What are your orders, sir?"
Nylelith dismissed him with a wave of his hand: "Give me a minute to write a report to my father."
Demon: "Right away sir."
Ha like I would write a report to that dipshit. Why should I, when I have to keep killing his spies. Whatever, It's time to take the North.
Upon meeting Erin and preparing for the king of the North's arrival
What an odd lady, I have talked to a few myself, just that none of them answered me honestly or didn't try to bribe me using their bodies. I'm glad though, I'm not too fond of the look of fear in their eye as I have to put an end to their lives. Today has been a nuisance never the less, a book that I can't read, a woman who I let go that could have been a great asset to me. Anything else you have planned for me god! Oh wait, I still have to deal with the king of the North, time to prepare I guess. *Sigh*
Magic, a wonder of the world. Most species can't use it, some species only made to hold in mana in their bodies can wield magic. Not even they can use magic higher than novice rank. Just like the old dying out, the new welcome itself into the world, the new age demons are by far the most adept in magic compared to anything living. Apart from using the occasional item warping spell I've been so used to using that I don't even need to say the incantations anymore, this new abyss hole spell is going to be the first scroll spell that has a forty percent chance of backfiring and wiping me off the face of the earth.
After the execution of the King and taking Erin as his partner
God, I have a newfound respect for you. You and I may not see eye to eye, just, thank you. The only company I had besides my father and mother, is my childhood friend. Okay no need to get off track here, I need to refocus on what I can do now that all these doors have been opened to me. What door do I choose? I can use her for an assortment of fun and bring back my dreams. Oh! The library! All the knowledge I can read now that I have a translator!
After the use of race altering magic
I am at a loss for words, my dreams are on the tip of my fingers, just within my grasp. All I have to do is move forward to the new world in front of me. I'm soooo excited! All the life to be seen and the people to know, I can't wait! If I do this, there is no going back, everyone of the demonkind will drag me back to the depths of the underworld where I will have to answer for my crimes. I can handle all the demons with ease, even my father's power is soon to be rivaled by my own. The only obstacle in my way is my childhood friend.
