The man held her hand and entered the building, the elevator was functioning normally, and they went straight to the 24th floor.
"I'm a bit scared." She hid in the man's arms, as the lights in the hallway were broken, leaving the whole floor in darkness.
"Don't be afraid, there are always people working here, it's an office building now, but everyone's off work, so the main power was turned off."
He seemed very familiar with the place and felt his way to the main switch.
The lights in the hallway turned on all at once, and the nanny breathed a sigh of relief, calming down.
"Do you want to go up and take a look?"
"We can go further up?" The nanny slightly furrowed her brows.
"The elevator only goes this far, if you want to see the inside structure of the big clock, we'll have to go up from here using the stairs, follow me."
The man held her hand and led her up the stairs.
