Is someone going to jump?
Elara Don and Helen exchanged a glance, a flash of shock in both of their eyes.
"Charlotte, let's go take a look."
Helen pulled Elara Don towards the crowd.
They barely squeezed in and saw a woman crying by the railing on the sixth floor, hysterically yelling at a man trying to approach her.
"Don't come over, Liam! If you come any closer, I'll jump!"
"Lana, don't be like this. Listen to me, I really love you. I can't live without you. Please, come back."
The man's eyes were filled with pain and anxiety, wanting to get closer but afraid she would actually jump.
"You're lying! You were just looking at another woman! You're disgusted with me, aren't you? You think I'm unclean, and you're rejecting me! You never intended to marry me, you were lying to me!"
The woman yelled loudly, her eyes full of madness.
"I didn't! Lana, you're really misunderstanding! If I didn't want to marry you, why would I bring you to shop for new home goods?"
