Eventually, Altrishia received the report that Evan had been waiting for.
"One of the fragments that's coming down is hundreds of times larger than the others, spanning several kilometres across. If that thing crashes into the ground, the damage to the surrounding land..."
Altrishia didn't need to finish that statement for them to know how devastating the impact would be.
"That's the one I was expecting," Evan said. "The core of Starfalls."
The moment those words left his mouth, a brilliant flash appeared high above as the gigantic fragment became visible while racing toward the planet at supersonic speed.
"What's the projected impact point?"
