Amon and Wi Yin travelled to Mellow Depraved Town with a crew of around sixty people.
The members of Amon's crew came and went. Some died. Some decided they wanted to try other things or joined other crews. Unlike the military in Aetheria, the cultivators in the lower realm, or at least in the Mercy Domain, lacked the discipline of a proper military organization. The denizens of this world were mostly opportunists with chaotic personalities. They did whatever they wanted. The only thing that kept them in line was their fear of the domain lord.
Hence, Amon didn't bother to waste his time hammering discipline into them. He focused on his own personal development and used the crew members as expendable minions.
