We quickly stepped forward, passing through another veil of sparkling, invisible dust that glowed like a rainbow under the sunlight, and walked inside the huge pumpkin, which seemed to serve as the entrance to the interior of this weird patch of gigantic vegetables.
The moment we walked inside, we immediately noticed how much colder it was down here. The air was damp, and the floor beneath our feet was muddy, making every step feel a little unpleasant. The pumpkin seemed to have been hollowed out to some extent, but strangely enough, it didn't look like it was dying. Its inner walls were still full of life, with moist orange flesh and countless roots extending throughout the structure. It was almost as if the entire thing was still growing despite having such an enormous hollow space inside.
