"Boom!" The pitch-black Mecha suddenly erupted with terrifying Energy Light, and Xu Mo shot out like a mountain of flesh. The Monster swung its massive claws down, its gigantic form even able to envelop the Mecha.
Yet the Mecha drew a spectacular arc, narrowly avoiding a frontal strike, plunging into the creature's abdomen. The sharp blue War Saber sliced forward with a sizzling sound, splitting open the Monster's belly. The Mecha appeared on the other end of the creature, which then plummeted towards the ground below.
"Senior Brother Xu Mo," Lowell came over to join, and Augustus also approached. It was their first time seeing Xu Mo piloting a Mecha, and they were surprised by his formidable skills.
Xu Mo looked up and saw a horde of Monsters in the sky above, on a barren planet enshrouded by machinery. These Monsters were being bred and used as a former Empire's trial ground.
