"What happened to him?" Nick asked immediately as he stepped into the room and sighted Seth sprawled out on the ground.
His breathing now was uneven like someone gasping for tiny bits of air, and his earlier shouts had decreased to just tortured grunts torn out of the deepest part of his soul. It was obvious that the dude needed help.
Nick rushed towards him, without waiting for an answer from either Leonard, Olivera or the guard that had called for him. He immediately took out his medicine bag and crouched down beside Seth who was oblivious of his surroundings, his eyes were even shut tightly.
"Seth, can you hear me?" Nick called the man, but got no response. It was then that he gave attention to the other two occupants of the room.
"Leonard, what happened?" He asked Leonard, getting up from his stance, so that he could get an idea of what he was about to do. He needed to know why his patient was gasping this way like someone that was being choked to death.
