After leisurely resting for an entire day, when the sun set, Ye Wan and the others got busy.
The wild grass and firewood they collected were thrown out of the valley.
The stone stove they built was dismantled, each piece returning to its original place.
Even the big iron pot was cleaned spotless.
By the time they climbed out of the vines the next morning, the valley instantly looked just as it did before they arrived.
If there was any difference, it would be the Big Cat.
"Alright, don't see us off, go back!"
"Big Cat, be good, okay!"
"You're the king of Wufeng Mountain. Next time someone challenges you, give them a good bite. You must live a long life and not get hurt, okay!"
As Ye Wan and the others walked, they waved their hands.
But behind them, Big Cat kept following, not too close or too far, much like the little porcupine from before.
Ye Wan sighed, turned around, and went forward to rub Big Cat's head.
Neither Ye Wan nor the tiger said much.
