"Well, since there are all of these monsters just milling about, how about we go for a nice, long~ hunt and bring back enough food to last us for a little while, hm~?"
Glancing over at the Demoness, I took in her excited posture and expectant eyes for a moment before letting out a sigh and saying "As long as you promise me you won't attempt to lure in an asinine amount of monsters without giving me the opportunity to make a decision.", which curbed her excitement a little.
"I... well, I mean, of course I wouldn't just lure a large herd over to us and kill them all one by one! I'm smarter than that Kat, you know I am! That would just be extremely risky and irresponsible of me!"
The attempt she made to convince me that she wasn't planning to do just that was extremely poor and she knew it, which was exactly why she coughed, turned away and instead gestured down at the vast horde in an attempt to move my attention from her.
