The only few differences for this year are Arturo becoming a guardian for the Agency and the slight spikes in the repair bills on the Agency after that attack by the Black Lizard yesterday.
Minamoto Barbaza was the son of a former Japanese Mafia woman and a Filipino high school principal. His origins were in his hometown of Tibiao, Antique, the Philippines, and 2 siblings, both younger than him, are in the family mix. Their mother passed away shortly after he took the position of head of this university, and his two siblings had just married their marriage partners 5 years ago. But possessing his late mother's mafia energy and aura, he had his duty as a Grey man, the one who was a peacekeeper between the Agency and the Port Mafia. He didn't want to take sides; he would rather be a peacekeeper of Yokohama and a distributor of the government money when both sides displayed their rivalry physically in any way.
