"Miss Riley, I think you should be able to tell that I don't really want to have too much to do with you."
Probably not expecting Charlotte to say this so directly, Riley was slightly taken aback.
"It's just because of our looks that there's been quite a bit of gossip about us online. I think it's not just for Miss Riley's sake, but also to keep myself from too much attention, so I think our private interactions should be minimized."
The online gossip about Riley hasn't completely subsided yet. If the paparazzi catch them together again, who knows what kind of stories will be fabricated.
Besides, Riley is still being bullied in the film crew. If this matter gets a hold by someone with intent, it might cause more trouble.
Seeing Riley lost in thought, Charlotte paused for a moment before continuing, "What does Miss Riley think?"
But Riley chose to shake her head, "I don't know."
