The senior leaders of the Bolton Corporation still wanted to have dinner with Lorraine Hughes, but Lorraine seemed absent-minded. Nathan Bolton smiled as he took her hand, "No need for dinner, we have two kids waiting at home."
"We understand, Master Bolton and Mrs. Bolton. When are you planning the baby's full moon banquet? We've prepared the gifts."
"What are you talking about? The wedding hasn't even been held yet, of course, the child's event is later."
"I have kids too, I get it. How about we divide up the afternoon tasks among us?"
"Rest assured, Master Bolton, the company has us, everything will proceed as usual."
They're all rushing to show their loyalty!
So, after finishing the meal, Nathan Bolton unabashedly took his wife away and didn't even go back to the office.
"Leaving just like this, isn't it a bit inappropriate?" Is the company really being ignored?
"Don't disappoint their goodwill."
"This doesn't seem like the way home?"
