He had never seen Lorraine Hughes like this.
Her face was unprecedentedly pale, struggling to lean against the headboard.
She didn't even have the strength to hold the baby. The nanny held and supported the baby, letting the baby naturally suckle.
"Auntie, what do we do, still nothing." She didn't notice he had arrived and worriedly asked the nanny.
"Try a bit more and it will come. Besides, newborns can go without eating, and if not, there's always formula!" The nanny looked up and saw Nathan Bolton, "Sir has arrived."
Lorraine Hughes suddenly looked up and saw Nathan Bolton at the door.
The nanny saw the deep gaze the couple shared and instantly understood.
She had been through this herself.
"The babies are asleep. Sir and Madam, I'll take my leave."
After she went out, she considerately closed the door.
"Why aren't you coming over?" Lorraine Hughes's tone was gentle, perhaps due to just having given birth.
"Belle."
