Dinner was served right in the hospital room, consisting of food delivered from a restaurant in Kingstown.
The hospital room's table wasn't large, a four-seater, but more than four people were having dinner. Besides George Allison and Ivy Price who were staying in the room, and Charlotte Allison and Lucas Quinn who were visiting, there were two bodyguards, Morgon Sheldon, and Olivia Ward, who had just had surgery today, totaling eight people.
The three patients and the post-surgery fatigued Morgon Sheldon sat on chairs, while the others squeezed in standing, holding their meals and reaching out to grab dishes.
Meals tasted better when shared with more people.
Olivia Ward couldn't use her right hand after surgery, luckily her left hand was still nimble enough to pick dishes, though wrapping roast duck with pancakes was a bit slow, for which she sought help.
