Even though Charlotte Allison didn't mind, Lucas Quinn still went to take a shower.
While Lucas was in the shower, Charlotte stood on the balcony, facing the room, and called Morgon Sheldon.
It wasn't Morgon who answered the phone, but David Blair.
"Madam, Morgon has gone to the bathroom. Do you have any business with him? I can go get him to take the call," David said naturally.
"Nothing much, just wanted to understand the situation today. If he's inconvenienced, you can tell me just the same," Charlotte didn't insist on having Morgon answer the phone, avoiding raising David's suspicion.
David indeed didn't suspect anything and told Charlotte about today's progress, then timed it well to hand the phone to Morgon "who came back from the bathroom."
Under his watchful eyes, Morgon solemnly summarized the call and then hung up, the phone landing in David's hands the next second.
After hanging up, Charlotte was certain that Morgon was being watched by David.
