"I think you're completely bewitched by Charlotte Allison!" Mr. Ross frowned, his eyes filled with disapproval as he looked at Lucas Quinn.
"Yeah, I am, and I'm okay with it." Lucas Quinn replied defiantly, though his expression was somewhat downcast.
Mr. Ross took a deep breath, deciding not to continue the topic, as he knew Lucas Quinn's temperament all too well—once Quinn made up his mind, nothing could change it, and any further discussion would just be a waste of breath.
"Since you've thought it through so comprehensively, I'm sure you've figured out how to explain things to Mr. Moss as well. Tell me about your plan." Mr. Ross's eyes, filled with the wisdom of age, bore into Lucas Quinn as if he could see right through everything.
"Isn't it simple? Just find someone to take the fall." Lucas Quinn answered nonchalantly.
