Polly Sutton chuckled—his ingrained habits were unlikely to change.
"I guess I understood Mr. Lucas's proposal. Does it mean for you to establish a Divine Blade Headquarters in City A?" Polly Sutton understood but wasn't sure.
"It's to prevent me from heading to M Country to take over the Jingmu Sect, so he came up with this idea to keep me here." Victor Parker didn't deny Polly Sutton's words but also revealed the deeper meaning behind it.
"Actually, it's understandable. Someone like you could topple a palace just by stepping out. Who'd dare let you go?"
Victor Parker paused for a moment, "I realize you're becoming more and more... a rogue."
"It's inevitable when you're with President Parker." Polly Sutton said with a cheeky grin.
"Alright, it's late. Go back to sleep." Victor Parker said, urging Polly Sutton to go to bed.
Polly Sutton held his hand, "Don't worry, your dad will be alright."
